- Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
2.1. As the Operator, we have a legal obligation to disclose your personal data during inspections, supervisory activities, or upon request from authorized state authorities or institutions if required by specific regulations.
2.2. We may share your personal data with third parties acting on our behalf, such as service providers or intermediaries. These third parties may only process your personal data for the specified purposes and strictly according to our instructions under a data processing agreement or in compliance with other legal requirements (e.g., IT service providers, private security services, social media communication agencies, marketing agencies, magazine distributors, satisfaction survey agencies, etc.).
2.3. We do not process personal data through profiling or any other automated individual decision-making methods, nor do we transfer data to third countries.
- Data Security and Retention
3.1. All personal data we process is stored securely, in compliance with our security policies, either as an Operator or Processor (when authorized to process data on behalf of a business partner). Access to the data is limited to individuals designated according to applicable legislation and internal documentation.
3.2. We back up personal data based on retention policies derived from the Regulation to ensure its availability in case of a security incident and dispose of it following the backup rules.
- Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. Evidencia požiadaviek
If you submit your personal data through a contact form or other means, we process it solely to handle your request (e.g., booking an appointment for technical inspection, emissions inspection, reminders for upcoming inspections, or other inquiries). By filling out and submitting the form, you consent to processing the personal data it contains, which we store for one year. Providing personal data is voluntary, and you can decide how much information to provide.
4.2. Zmluva alebo predzmluvný vzťah
We process personal data to execute contracts or within pre-contractual relationships. Contracts are stored for five years. Failing to provide the necessary personal data may prevent the contract’s conclusion.
4.3. Pripomenutie nasledujúceho termínu technickej alebo emisnej kontroly
To remind you of the expiration of your technical or emissions inspection, we process your personal data based on your consent until you withdraw it.
4.4. Správa registratúry
Personal data is processed for record management and pre-archival care per specific regulations (Act No. 395/2002 on Archives and Registries). Data may be shared with the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, intermediaries, or auditors.
4.5. Vedenie účtovných dokladov
Personal data is processed to fulfill obligations under accounting and tax laws (Act No. 431/2002 on Accounting and Act No. 222/2004 on Value Added Tax). Data is retained for ten years and may be disclosed to tax authorities, intermediaries, or auditors.
4.6. Podnety, sťažnosti
Personal data is processed to ensure timely handling of customer complaints, requests, or feedback, stored for five years after resolution, and may be shared with auditors.
4.7. Uplatňovanie vášho práva
We are legally obligated to process personal data to handle requests asserting your rights under Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation. Data is retained for five years after resolution and may be shared with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
4.8. Súdne spory, exekúcie, uplatňovanie právnych nárokov
In specific cases, we may process personal data for legal disputes, out-of-court settlements, enforcement, or legal claims defense under applicable laws (e.g., Administrative Procedure Act No. 162/2015).
Personal data may be provided to a third party, which is a party to the proceedings and the auditor. We retain personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the proceedings.
4.9. Prešetrovanie podnetov súvisiacich s protispoločenskou činnosťou
We process personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations under Act No. 54/2019 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers and on amendments to certain acts. We store personal data for 5 years and provide it to the parties to the proceedings and the Office for the Protection of Whistleblowers.
4.10. Manažérstvo boja proti korupcii ISO 37001
We process the personal data of employees and other data subjects 4 when certifying, implementing, maintaining and improving the anti-corruption management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 37001 standard introduced on the basis of Act No. 106/2018 Coll. on the movement of vehicles on the road and on amendments and supplements to certain acts. We store personal data for the duration of the Anti-Corruption Management certificate and provide it to auditors and law enforcement agencies.
4.11. Reklamácie
If you make a complaint against our company, we process your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation. We retain the data for 5 years and provide it to third parties in accordance with specific regulations.
4.12. Evidencia zástupcov odberateľov a dodávateľov
It is in our legitimate interest to process the contact details of external entities with whom we communicate within the framework of business relations. At the same time, it is in our legitimate interest, in conjunction with Section 78(3) of the Act, to provide or publish the personal data of our employees in connection with their job position. We provide personal data to the participants in the communication, or we publish them on this website.
4.13. Prenos informácií
It is in our legitimate interest to process personal data for the purpose of protecting information transmitted over the network. We retain personal data for 1 year and do not provide it to a third party.
4.14 Camera systems
4.14.1. In order to protect the life, health, property and financial interests of the Joint Operators 5 and individuals moving in the monitored area, we process personal data by monitoring with a camera system with a recording based on the legitimate interest of the Joint Operators. We store the recording for 3 days from the date of its creation.
4.14.2. For the purpose of resolving complaints, we monitor the premises of the Joint Operators with a camera system with a recording based on the legitimate interest of the Joint Operators. We retain the recording for 30 days from the date of its creation.
4.14.3. In order to record the transparent result of the emission and technical inspection 6 based on a special law (Act No. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on amendments and supplements to certain laws), we process personal data by monitoring with a camera system with a recording. The recording is kept for a period of 2 years from the date of production.

We record and store your IP address and cookies to ensure the functionality of our website and to adapt the operation of the site to your needs. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and f) of the Regulation. In this context, it is in our interest to ensure the proper functioning of our website and the business conducted via our website.
4.16. Facebook a sociálne siete
When you visit our Facebook page or other of our social networks, we do not directly collect any Personal Data about you, except for Pseudonymous Data provided by Facebook, which includes metrics such as the number of visits, clicks, views, “Likes”, shares, comments, and the like. We may also collect data about the use of our bookmarks or applications, which may include basic web analytics, including your IP address, the type of browser used, and your likely country of origin. This information is Pseudonymous and is not attributable to an individual user or to specific information from public or private Facebook profiles. We process the data obtained to analyze usage patterns, improve the overall performance of Facebook pages, and provide you with information that is relevant and useful to you.
- Your rights under the Regulation and the Law
5.1. Právo na prístup
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data. If we are processing your personal data, you have the right to information to the extent of this policy and to access your personal data. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to be informed about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written form, unless you request another method of provision. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, where technically feasible. If you repeatedly request the provision of your personal data to the same extent, we may charge you a reasonable fee corresponding to the administrative costs.
5.2. Právo na opravu
You have the right to have personal data processed about you corrected if it is incorrect or inaccurate. It is important for us to have correct information about you. If you find that the information we are recording about you is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us and request its correction, which we will carry out without undue delay.
5.3. Právo na zabudnutie
If we process personal data about you unlawfully, e.g. for longer than necessary, or we process it without reason, you have the right to have it erased (so-called “right to be forgotten”).
5.4. Právo na obmedzenie spracúvania
If you request the correction of your personal data or object to its deletion, if its processing is unlawful, or if we no longer need it for the purposes in question, but you may need it to establish or defend legal claims, or you have objected to its processing for other reasons, we will restrict its processing for the period necessary to resolve the matter.
5.5. Právo na prenosnosť
You have the right to obtain and request that we transmit the personal data you have provided to us to another third party in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. However, the right to obtain and portability of personal data only applies to personal data that we have collected from you based on your consent or on the basis of a contract to which you are a party. The right to portability does not apply to personal data that we process about you based on specific regulations.

In such cases, we may continue to process them only if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms. However, we may process your personal data whenever this is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
