Technical Inspection (STK)

A technical inspection (STK) is a mandatory vehicle check designed to ensure that the vehicle is safe for road use. During this inspection, the technical condition of the vehicle is evaluated, and key components are examined, including:

• brakes,

• steering,

• lighting,

• chassis and its components,

• tires, and other elements that directly affect driving safety.

Upon successfully passing the inspection, the vehicle is granted a valid technical inspection certificate for a specified period, depending on the vehicle category.
